Business Coaching for
Start-Ups and Entrepreneurs
Do you have the perfect idea for a business but not a clue where to start or how to get your idea up and running?
I’ve been in your shoes. Starting a new venture, whatever your experience level, is no easy task and I’m here to double check all your bases are covered, costs are considered, finances are in place, and ensure you’re set up for success from the get-go.
As a business coach, I structure our coaching sessions around your business, and take into account all the variables affecting your venture.
Here are some of the potential topics we cover in session:
Market Entry Strategy: How to conduct your business to generate revenue, including your sales channels, distribution network, marketing strategies, and the team responsible for executing these plans.
Identify Competitors: Identify your direct competitors; both well-established players and emerging startups in your industry.
Understand Competitive Dynamics: Analyze how your competitors operate. Do they compete across all product lines, or do they focus on specific products, customer segments, or geographic areas?
Compare Your Offering: Evaluate how your products or services stack up against the competition in terms of various factors such as price, quality, selection, service, reliability, stability, expertise, company reputation, location, appearance, sales method, credit policies, advertising, and overall image.
Self-Assessment: Assess how you believe your business compares to your competitors in the eyes of your target customers. Determine whether each factor is a strength or a weakness.
Financial Projections: Provide financial projections for the next 3 to 5 years, including units sold (or customers), revenues, cost of goods/services, gross profit, overhead, and net profit.
